School events are an important part of your child’s learning and school experience. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Evans River K-12 CAPA Performance Night & Portrait Competition
Date: Wednesday 16th September 2026
Time: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Evans River Art Competition
To enter the Evans River Art CompetItion you need to create a portrait of yourself or someone you know.
Your artwork can be A4, A3 or A2 in size.
You can use paint, pencil, pastels, paper collage or digital art.
Age Categories: There are four age categories
Years K-6: 5-8 years and 9-13 years old
Years 7-12: 12-15 years old and 16-18 years old
Prizes: Each category will have a winner and runner up, with over $400 in prizes to be presented on the night.
Entries close Wednesday 9th September
