The Learning Centre
The Learning Centre is an inclusive whole-school support. Its prime function is to assist the diverse learning needs of all students at Evans River K-12.
The students can also receive wellbeing and social emotional support through links with outside agencies. Considering student needs, interventions may include:

Alternate Programs
Evans River K-12 School offers a suite of alternate programs that aim to:
Create real opportunities to increase young peoples sense of responsibility, resilience, self confidence and self esteem
To encourage awareness of a variety of employment experiences.
To develop a mastery of employability skills and a structure.
To provide a positive and relevant learning environment that will facilitate engagement and opportunities to connect to the wider communities.
To develop a structure and support system in the school so that challenges for students at risk of disengagement can be addressed.
Provide opportunity to students who benefit from an alternative pattern of study
