WISP - Work In School Program

The Program

The WSIP team has been developed for students who are at risk of disengaging in school or who have additional needs.

It has bee designed to enhance their abilities in areas such as communication, relationships and functional life skills.

The WISP Team Program aims to help students get along with others and feel good about themselves as well as develop employabilityy skills through an in-school work program.

Aim -

The major focus of the program is to:

  • provide emotional and moral support for students
  • promote self-esteem
  • encourage an awareness of a range of employment experiences develop mastery of employability skills
  • provide support
  • create a positive and reevant learning environment
  • achieve life skill outcomes across a variety of areas

Outcomes -
